Synthesis Characterization and Docking study of HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor molecules

Worldwide in the last decades a sharp rise in number of hepatitis C patient was observed. This attracted the attention of researchers and medical professional to provide cheap and effective treatment options for eradication of Hepatitis C. The present study describes the synthesis of number of noel molecules which may be capable of inhibiting progression of virus. The molecules were synthesized using the general techniques of the preparation peptide bond. Synthesized molecules were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral studies such as Mass, UV/Vis, IR and NMR. Purity of the molecules were determined by HPLC. Molecules with purity more than 98.5 % were studied further for docking study. The molecules were subjected to docking study to determine their interaction with binding site of NS3/4A protease on HCV RNA.
