ABSTRACT
A comparative evaluation of solid lipid nanoparticles and solid dispersion of bicalutamide using PVP K30 and stearic acid was performed. Bicalutamide solid dispersions (BL- SD) were prepared with conventional solvent evaporation method and bicalutamide solid lipid nanoparticles (BL-SLN) were prepared by precipitation method. The formulations were assessed on the standard evaluation parameters. The study demonstrated that BL-SLN was performed better as compared to (BL- SD).
